Come one, come all to Summer’s End in the Canton of Beau Fleuve. Join us for a day of Heavy fighting, Archery, Thrown Weapons, Fencing, and Arts and Science. The event will also include a delicious day board and for those who chose a sumptuous feast for everyone’s delight.

This year's event will be held at the Wright's Corners Fire Department at 4043 Lake Ave, Lockport NY 14094. Site opens at 9:00am and closes at 10:00pm. Your autocrat will be Lady Thalia Papillon (Vanessa Hayes, 36 Wayne Street,  Depew, N.Y. 14043 (540) 649-4337 v_girl15 AT hotmail DOT com)

Activities will include:

Heavy and rapier combat.
Archery and Thrown Weapons.
An A&S competition and dancing.

Summers End Arts and Science competition:

Run by THL Minamoto Roku-i Sakurako

Come on, come all, compete in an A&S competition of awards and arms! There will be two categories:

1. General entry where a display of awards or heraldry (any form or media) is encouraged.

2. Scroll blanks! Help contribute to the Kingdoms need for beautiful art.

Drop off at 10:00 AM and pick up by 6:00 PM.

Summers End Yard Sale: 

There will be a yard sale for people to bring SCA items to sell; people have to pre-reg to participate. 

First pre-reg: first served basis. All sale items will need to be displayed on the tables provided, no additional shelving or display racks will be allowed. Sales will run from opening of Troll and run untill 2 PM. Tear down of sale area will begin promptly at 2 PM. Any questions should be directed to the Autocrat (v_girl15 AT hotmail DOT com) or the Vendor liaison (Mlewars AT roadrunner DOT com)

All event registrations include a side board lunch.

Feast will be limited to the 60 people:
Adult Fest: $10
Youth (7-12): $5
Child under 6: Free, but must register if chair needed
Feast reservations must be received by 9/2/18

Pet friendly site, dogs allowed outdoors, please clean up after them.
Site is wet: alcohol is permitted for adults 21 and over.
Open flames are allowed.

Travel 1.00 mile and turn left onto Lake Ave/NY-78.

There will be a class held at Summer's End run by our own Baronial bardic champion, Rebecca Sirilay. Class is titled: The Stigma of LARP (live action role play)


Stereotypes are bad, and the attitude toward the term LARPing amongst SCAdians needs more improvement. As more of the members come to us from other games, or long time SCAdians cross game, we need to debunk myths and rumors while increasing our factual knowledge. Come learn how LARP is one of our great assets! Class will take place at 1:00 the behind the kitchen at the end of the hall past the bathrooms.

Thrown Weapon's Tourney: 

10:00 am Range opens for qualifiers 
2:00 pm Qualifiers end
3:00 pm Tourney finals begins.

11:00 a.m. - Thrown Weapons qualifiers begin; Heavy
weapons melees; Fencing tournament begins.

12:00 p.m. - Day board lunch

1:00 p.m. - The Stigma of LARP class.

2:00 p.m. - Thrown weapons qualifiers end; 
Fencing tournament ends; 
Heavy weapons tournament begins; 
SCA yard sale teardown; 
Bardic circle begins; 
Troll closes.

3:00 p.m. - Thrown weapons tournament finals begin;
Archery range closes; 
Dance festivities begin.

4:00 p.m. - Heavy fighting tournament ends.

4:30 p.m. - Evening Court begins.

6:00 p.m. - Feast begins; A+S competition ends: pickup up submissions.

8:00 p.m. - Cleanup

10:00 p.m. - Site closes, Everyone goes home.
